Naji is a Learning Designer and Social Entrepreneur. He's one of the co-founders of Ignite India and he have been working on Building Social Leaders and changemakers since 2016.

During Covid Pandemic, he had worked as Youth Champion with YP Foundation and Engender Health for Covid awareness campaign which was held with the support from WHO, UNICEF and MoHFW.

Now, he is a member of the Global Extended Pool of Facilitators at ChangemakerXchange through the Training of Trainers Summit organized by CxC in association with Recipes of Wellbeing. As a Global Citizenship Education advocate who had participated in the 8th Youth Leadership Workshop on GCED, representing India, out of 60 participants from 38 Nations, he had designed a project 'Design Lab on Global Citizenship Education', which had received supported from UNESCO APCEIU and now he's on a mission in advocating Global Citizenship in Kerala through this project.
